Cali is founded by builders Alex Smith and Gleeson Poulter.
Originally carpenters by trade, they have a combined 30+ years of experience in the building industry with a deep understanding of all elements of commercial and residential construction.
Alex and Gleeson have enjoyed a lengthy working relationship, which began in 2008 whilst working together for a builder that built many award-winning and luxury apartment buildings in Newstead.
Since then, they have individually been responsible for the construction of high-end residential properties for some of Brisbane’s most reputable high-end builders and developers.
The Cali team is able to apply commercial building principles of timeliness and efficiency to luxury residential developments without sacrificing high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
